As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the architectural design of our core products, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence across the organization. You will work with a modern tech stack including JavaScript, React, and AWS, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and user-centric.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
- Identify technical debt and implement strategies for long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in modern languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
