Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure system reliability and rapid delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and data structures.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and ORM technologies like Hibernate or Entity Framework.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment.
