Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Go and Python
- Design AWS-based serverless architectures with Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
- Collaborate with product teams using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Strong proficiency in at least one JVM language (Java/Scala)
- Proficient with observability tools (Datadog/Prometheus)
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
