Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Go/Python on AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with Product Designers to translate requirements into technical specs
- Drive system performance optimization (P99 latency <50ms)
- Contribute to 20% time innovation projects in emerging tech domains
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture patterns
- Proficiency in Go/Python with strong algorithm fundamentals
- Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless
- Fluency in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade SaaS products
- Strong grasp of security best practices (OWASP, IAM)
