Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes serving 2M+ global users
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical design reviews
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime across AWS and Azure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements reducing deployment time by 40%
- Contribute to open-source projects with 100+ engineers across 3 continents
- Present quarterly tech talks at our Innovation Lab series
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Production-level Kubernetes and Terraform implementation experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable SaaS deployments
- Strong background in event-driven architectures and message queues
- AWS/Azure certification preferred
