Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes

- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and design reviews

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven performance tuning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of production-level software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proficiency with AWS/GCP infrastructure and serverless architectures
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong problem-solving skills with distributed systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
