Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Docker
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to architectural decisions for cloud-native applications
- Automate testing infrastructure with Selenium and Jest frameworks
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong knowledge of AWS/GCP cloud services and Kubernetes
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience mentoring technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs
