Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable backend systems using Go and Python
- Lead cloud infrastructure deployments on AWS with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
