Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 SEO Roadmap, focusing on AI integration and semantic search evolution.
- Lead the strategy for Voice Search Optimization and conversational queries.
- Analyze emerging trends (e.g., Google SGE, generative AI) and translate them into actionable technical implementations.
- Oversee a team of SEO specialists, providing mentorship on technical SEO and content strategy.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure architectural SEO best practices.
- Drive data-driven decisions to improve organic traffic and conversion rates across global markets.
- Manage client relationships and present quarterly strategy reviews to C-level executives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep understanding of SEO 2026 trends, including Google SGE and AI Overviews.
- Strong technical foundation in site architecture, crawlability, and schema markup.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale SEO campaigns and budget allocation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
