Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement enterprise-level security solutions to protect sensitive infrastructure.
- Monitor security events through SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and conduct 24/7 on-call rotation support.
- Lead incident response efforts, performing deep-dive forensics to mitigate active threats.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security best practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and identity management.
- Hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting for automation.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to obtain a Secret or Top Secret clearance if applicable.
