Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality code
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product roadmap planning
- Ensure security best practices and regulatory compliance in financial systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with backend development (Node.js, Java, or Python)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices patterns
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
