Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation to enhance data workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
