Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant quantum-classical hybrid systems.
- Lead the technical vision for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, security experts, and product managers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for security and scalability.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum computing and AI integration.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum or high-performance computing environments.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Strong understanding of quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and qubit simulation.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
