Role Overview:
In this role, you will bridge the gap between classical AI and emerging quantum computing paradigms, ensuring our solutions are scalable, robust, and ready for deployment in the 2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize quantum algorithms for AI applications using industry-standard frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models to solve complex optimization problems.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to improve quantum circuit fidelity and error correction.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in quantum computing best practices.
- Translate complex research findings into scalable software products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and classical ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, including qubits, superposition, and entanglement.
- Experience with quantum simulators or access to quantum hardware is a plus.
