Nexus Future Systems is on a mission to define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Engineer to bridge the gap between quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence.
In this role, you will architect next-generation algorithms capable of solving problems currently deemed computationally intractable. You will work directly with our R&D team to integrate quantum hardware with classical machine learning pipelines, ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and revolutionary.

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for AI model training and inference.
- Integrate quantum processors with classical ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Conduct rigorous research on quantum error correction and noise mitigation.
- Lead architecture reviews and mentor a team of talented researchers and engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements for quantum software.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum hardware and AI theory.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and classical machine learning libraries.
- Experience designing scalable software architectures for high-performance computing environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
