Responsibilities
- Design Quantum Algorithms: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms to solve real-world business problems, integrating them into our existing AI frameworks.
- 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Define technical strategies and milestones for our transition to quantum-ready infrastructure by 2026.
- Hybrid System Integration: Architect systems that seamlessly integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) with classical cloud environments.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging quantum technologies, including qubit stability, error correction, and quantum cryptography.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum computing frameworks like Qiskit, Cirq, or Amazon Braket.
- Mathematical Aptitude: Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and calculus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
