Responsibilities

- Framework Development: Build and maintain proprietary quantum computing libraries and software stacks tailored for deep learning applications.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate experimental quantum AI models using cloud-based quantum processors.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focusing on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum hardware architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
