Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, usability, and performance testing
- Develop detailed test cases and scripts using industry-standard tools like Selenium and JIRA
- Identify, document, and prioritize software defects with clear severity ratings
- Automate testing workflows using Python/Cypress to accelerate release cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and testing infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
