Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues pre-release
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts for new features
- Perform regression testing and smoke testing on sprint builds
- Validate software functionality against technical specifications
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to align quality goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing and test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
