Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications using manual and automated testing techniques
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing across multiple environments
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium/Cypress
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide QA insights during sprint planning
- Maintain test documentation and create comprehensive test reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Certification in software testing (CSTE, ISTQB) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
