Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear, actionable reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and drive quality improvements
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for regression testing cycles
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with real-world stakeholders
- Maintain test environments and documentation for web/mobile applications
- Analyze metrics to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with software testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with agile/scrum development processes and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and documentation excellence
- Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and API endpoints
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced development environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
