Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress for accelerated validation
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback for UX improvements
- Maintain test documentation and continuously optimize testing processes
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and quality assurance strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CSQA or ISTQB certification preferred
