Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other quality management tools
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve critical issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios based on requirements
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure quality integration
- Optimize testing processes and introduce automation frameworks
- Validate user experience and functionality across devices and browsers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or ISTQB certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
