Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues
- Automate test scripts using Selenium or similar frameworks
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics
- Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
- Experience with defect tracking systems and test management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
