Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications using Selenium and Cypress
- Document detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers during sprint planning and refinement ceremonies
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Maintain test environments and test data repositories
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
