Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional, usability, and compatibility issues
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers and product managers during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications across diverse environments
- Document testing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior QA testers and promote best practices within the team
- Analyze test metrics to provide actionable insights for product enhancement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, bug tracking systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
