Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, prioritizing issues for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Automate regression tests using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to increase testing efficiency.
- Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Analyze root causes of defects and suggest improvements to the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Conduct load and performance testing to ensure system stability under high traffic.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
- Deep understanding of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
