Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications using Selenium and Cypress
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to define test strategies
- Conduct regression testing and performance analysis on new features
- Maintain and improve test automation frameworks
- Participate in requirements analysis to identify test scenarios
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics for stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA testers on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, and test automation frameworks
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and defect management tools
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and web services
