As a key member of our quality assurance division, you'll design comprehensive test plans, execute manual and automated test cases, and collaborate closely with developers to identify and resolve defects. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements and test scenarios
- Execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and maintain test frameworks
- Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups within Agile/Scrum environment
- Prepare detailed test reports and metrics for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing and API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
