Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications across diverse platforms
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Develop automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for regression testing
- Perform exploratory testing and usability analysis to enhance user experience
- Maintain test documentation and continuously improve QA processes
- Participate in sprint planning and release ceremonies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
