Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for critical user journeys
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and implement preventative measures
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
- Analyze test results to provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain and enhance test documentation and QA processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in SaaS or software development
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Expert knowledge of defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
