Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for regression suites
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and validate bug fixes
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics for stakeholders
- Maintain and improve test documentation and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and defect tracking tools
- Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with exceptional documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
