Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications using Selenium and Cypress
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Perform regression testing on payment processing modules and security protocols
- Develop test scripts in Python for API validation using Postman
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain test documentation and quality metrics dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in testing tools: JIRA, Selenium, Postman, and Appium
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation
- Certification in ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent
- Experience with performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and test cases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
