Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers during sprint planning and defect triage
- Develop test cases covering functional, regression, and user acceptance criteria
- Implement performance and security testing protocols using Selenium and Postman
- Maintain test environments and automate repetitive testing workflows
- Generate detailed test reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in agile environments
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) and performance testing tools
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certified Tester Foundation (CTFL) certification a plus
