Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Perform manual and automated testing including regression, smoke, and usability tests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for improvements
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and test case creation
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and QA processes
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
