Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements and design test scenarios
- Perform manual and automated testing including regression, usability, and performance testing
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test cases, scripts, and user stories
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience with software applications
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Proficiency in bug tracking systems and test management tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
