Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and test scenarios
- Design and maintain test cases in TestRail while prioritizing critical user workflows
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics for stakeholder review
- Maintain test environments and assist in CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and bug tracking systems
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation certification a plus
