Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test scripts
- Perform regression testing, compatibility testing, and usability validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems and Agile/Scrum workflows
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent preferred
