Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for regression testing efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and user experience issues
- Generate detailed test reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Maintain test documentation and QA environment configurations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and defect management tools
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written communication for documentation and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
