Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Execute manual and automated tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to resolve critical issues
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability concerns
- Generate clear test reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to improve QA processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong knowledge of defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with SQL for database testing and validation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) designation a plus
