Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect-tracking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
- Perform regression testing on new features and product updates
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test cases and user scenarios
- Analyze test results to provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test case management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
