Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium/Cypress and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement test environments and infrastructure
- Mentor junior testers and improve QA processes through continuous improvement
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA/testing with experience in fintech or healthcare software
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and API testing
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and test data management
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and documentation
- BS in Computer Science or related field
