Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Develop and maintain test cases using Selenium, Cypress, and Postman
- Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes in staging environments
- Analyze test results and provide detailed quality reports to stakeholders
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and API testing
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience testing web applications, REST APIs, and mobile platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
