Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with clear reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Perform manual and automated testing (Selenium/Cypress) across multiple browsers and devices
- Conduct regression testing, usability studies, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics for stakeholders
- Maintain and update test documentation in Confluence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Strong understanding of QA processes, bug tracking, and test case management
- Experience with SQL for database testing and API testing (Postman)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
