Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA and TestRail
- Automate regression testing suites using Selenium/Cypress for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback for product improvements
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Postman, Appium)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
- Experience writing clear, concise test cases and technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
