Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and maintain detailed defect logs in JIRA
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Validate functional requirements and compliance with industry standards
- Perform regression testing on software updates and new releases
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and bug tracking processes
- Experience with regression, smoke, and usability testing
- Familiarity with SQL database queries for data validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
