Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with precise severity ratings
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for regression efficiency
- Collaborate with developers during sprint planning and release cycles
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
- Analyze test metrics to provide actionable quality improvement insights
- Maintain detailed test documentation and QA artifacts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Expert knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
