Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
- Maintain test environments and ensure data integrity during testing cycles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with SaaS products
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Experience with defect tracking systems and test management tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB certification a plus
