Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and inconsistencies
- Document detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve critical bugs
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications across multiple platforms
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvement
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to quality assurance best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation expertise
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and web services using Postman
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
