Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to identify software defects
- Document test cases, defects, and results using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Analyze requirements to create detailed test scenarios
- Maintain and improve QA processes and documentation
- Perform regression testing on new features and bug fixes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and bug tracking tools
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Certification in QA testing (e.g., ISTQB) preferred
